Q1.  What is life coaching?
In a nutshell, life coaching is a process for getting unstuck in your life and to start thriving!  It focuses on who you are now and who you want to be in the future.  As a coach, I will support you in fulfilling your dreams, making conscious choices, and seeing your life from a fresh perspective. 

Q2.  When should someone work with a life coach?
When you feel like a robot instead of a human…  When you feel stuck and see no way out…  When you are running out of hope and feeling like you should quit…  When you see no light at the end of the tunnel…  When you have been putting off doing what you know you really want to…  When you are doing everything for everyone else and nothing for yourself…  When you feel unfulfilled, off-balance, and unconscious in your life…  When the same problem keeps coming up over and over in your life…

Q3.  Where did you receive your life coach training?
My training was through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the largest in-person coach training school in the world and the first school accredited by the International Coach Federation.

If we mutually decide to work together, I guarantee that I will support you and believe in your dream 100%.  And, if you are willing to do the work and make the effort, I can guarantee that you will see realignments within your mind/body/spirit, more fulfillment and balance in your life, and less stress…which in turn frees up more energy and momentum for you to create the life that you desire! 

Q5.  How much do you charge for life coaching, and what types of payment do you accept?
My monthly $300 coaching fee includes three 30-45 minute coaching sessions by telephone and unlimited e-mail exchange.  My Special Fertility Package, which includes three 30-45 minute coaching sessions plus two 15-20 minute sessions per month, is $400.  I accept Visa, MasterCard, or personal checks with payment provided at the beginning of the month.  There are no contracts, but it is recommended that clients plan on at least three months of coaching to see the desired changes in their lives.
